All new Dualtron scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame and motor, and a 6-month warranty on the battery pack.
Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
